My Aim

As a lifelong swimmer I want to share my passion with others.

My aim is very simple. To help anyone who would like to become a swimmer for the first time, right through to swimmers who want to improve their confidence, technique and stamina to become better swimmers in the pool or open water.

Teaching, Coaching & Training

The water is your don't have to fight with water, just share the same spirit as the water, and it will help you move. Alexander Popov. Russian Olympic Swimmer.

I love this quote because it sums up the secret of swimming so well.

One to One Pool Coached Sessions

I have access to a 25 metre pool for 30 minute bespoke coached sessions in Welwyn Garden City on Saturday mornings at 11:30am during school term time. The pool has male and female changing rooms and hot showers. Sessions are 121 or a maximum of two swimmers together. Sessions includes feedback on your swimming technique and a filmed recording of your swim both above and below the water. This is followed up with a post-swim analysis that is emailed to you along with links to your film clips and suggested swim drills to help improve your swimming technique.
