One to One Pool Coached Sessions
2023/2024
I have access to a 25 metre pool for 30 minute bespoke coached sessions in Welwyn Garden City on Saturday mornings at 11:30am during school term time. The pool has male and female changing rooms and hot showers. Sessions are 121 or a maximum of two swimmers together. Sessions includes feedback on your swimming technique and a filmed recording of your swim both above and below the water. This is followed up with a post-swim analysis that is emailed to you along with links to your film clips and suggested swim drills to help improve your swimming technique.
FEES FOR 30 MINUTE SESSIONS
Single 121 session £40
Two 121 sessions £70
Three 121 sessions £90
Two swimmers together is £25 per swimmer

Bespoke Individual and small group Open Water Coaching at Redricks Lake
With many years of open water experience in rivers, lakes and sea, I can offer one to one or small group sessions throughout the Open Water Swimming season for any age and experience level. From pool swimmers wishing to move into open water, those training for a specific event or triathletes wanting to improve their swim. Sessions include video analysis and a programme for you to continue working on between sessions.
It’s a great opportunity to boost confidence and performance, with measurable improvements during each session.
